Ground, Center, Shield

This morning someone asked me a question about protecting oneself from negative energy from family members, and a true act of synergy, this was the first site I came upon http://www.theurbanpagan.com/index.html I was blown away on how well the grounding, centering, shielding page was written.  It's everything I would have said if I'd ever gotten around to it.
